CHAMBER –Terms And Conditions

Please allow us a few moments of your time to review the terms and conditions of our service. We’ll try to refrain from too much legal

speak and stick to the general guidelines of transacting with Chamber. First, a few definitions of terms found herein.

“Seller” shall be Chamber, its members, directors, officers or employees (hereinafter “we”, “us” or ”our”) that are duly authorized to deal in precious metals.

“Buyer” shall be the individual, corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, partnership, or other entity purchasing precious metal products from us (hereinafter “customer”, “buyer”, “you” or “your”).

“Payer” is the individual or entity submitting payment for any order conducted through our website or as a point of sale, in person, purchase.

“Method of Payment” means those methods we make available to you to pay us for your order, subject to certain terms and conditions and may be changed at our sole discretion.

“Business days” means the normal work days Monday through Friday inclusive, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and federal statutory holidays.

“Bullion” implies any non-denominated bar/round or other similar product that does not assign a legal tender value.

“Sovereign” refers to any traditional government issued coin such as Britannia’s, Silver Eagles, Maple Leafs , Libertads , Pandas, etc.


We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we exercise this right, we will cancel your order, including the shipment of same, and we will notify you and refund any monies paid to us.

We reserve the right to reject any late or otherwise underfunded payment(s).

We reserve the right to permanently close the account of any buyer we deem to be abusive or remiss in regards to any of our terms of service.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of sale at any time, without advance notice.


Unless otherwise noted, all products listed on our website are in-stock and available for immediate delivery.

All of our products are in mint condition unless expressly described in the listing. Customer acknowledges that even newly minted or uncirculated products may exhibit minor manufacturing defects on the specimen or the accompanying packaging.

All products are 100% guaranteed authentic.

There are no minimum order requirements.

Locket guarantees 4 business day shipping for in-stock products after receipt of payment for domestic customers. If we’re late, you will receive a $10 credit in the form of a coupon or electronic gift card.

At our discretion, we may request proof of identification prior to fulfilling high value orders of 1000 USD or more (wire transfer preferred) or new customer transactions where a credit card is used for payment.

Use of credit cards will result in an automatic increase of the cost of the order by 3%.

Any problems with received orders (damaged goods, missing items, etc) must be reported within 5 business days from the delivered date as indicated in the shipment tracking history.

Taxes and duties and any fees imposed by the carrier for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer so

please understand your local regulations in regards to the importation of foreign goods prior to purchase. Any orders “refused upon delivery” will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping costs.

Locket fully insures all orders to the destination address provided during checkout. For international customers using 3rd party shipping services, our financial interest / obligation to your shipment is concluded once items are handed over to your continuing service provider.

For sales within the USA, all products are subject to any applicable state sales tax.

We are not a financial planning institution. Precious metals is a very dynamic and volatile industry and we accept zero

financial / legal liability for any losses incurred when investing in any of our product offerings.
